The fonds consists of records which document Borden's teaching career from Kindergarten instruction through university professor of early childhood education. The fonds is divided into eight series: biographical series, correspondence series, playschool series, literary productions series, printed materials series, subject files series, Child Study Centre series and audiovisual series.
