The fonds consist of lecture notes and other course materials, manuscripts, correspondence, and published materials produced and received by Boving during his professional activities as a professor of agronomy. It is arranged in three series, plus a separate adult education reference file. The records are arranged in alphabetical or chronological order. Occasionally Boving has identified subject categories.

The fonds consists of copies of speeches (1918-1944), notes from eastern trips (1930-1942) during which Klinck recruited personnel for the university, biographical material (1914-1957), subject files, memorabilia, photographs, and a small amount of material generated after Klinck's death.

The fonds consists of biographical information about Clement, copies of speeches (1942-1955) and notes from his first lecture on agricultural economics given at Macdonald College in 1913. The fonds also includes reminiscences of F.F. Wesbrook, L.S. Klinck and early experiences at UBC.
