The fonds consist of various committees' records associated with CICSR between 1986 and 1996. These are advisory committees that report on academic and campus computing, science education and continuing education at the University of British Columbia.
The fonds is maintained in the original order in which it was received. It is divided into seven files according to the subject matter. The fonds consist of textual materials including memoranda, correspondence, meeting minutes and agendas, reports, written notes and other printed materials.

The fonds of the Faculty of Medicine includes records which document the administrative and operational activities, actions and interests of the Faculty. Such records pertain to the establishment and organization of the Faculty; the development and actions of the Facultys governing bodies and committees; the planning, development and construction of various Faculty buildings such as the University Hospital, the I.R.C. Centre, the Basic Medical Sciences buildings and the Health Sciences Centre. These records also refer to the use of regional hospitals as clinical teaching hospitals and to relations between the Faculty and the University at large; as well as, with other university medical schools, governments, medical and related professions, associations and societies, businesses and hospitals. The records within this fonds also pertain to the Facultys receipt of gifts and donations, its departmental / divisional research endeavors and it applications for, and receipt of, awards for professional distinction. Types of material found in the Faculty of Medicine fonds include: correspondence, working papers, minutes, photographs, newspaper clippings, memorandum, agendas, studies, internal reports and reviews, applications, protocols and surveys. The fonds has been arranged into the following series: Historical Material; Faculty Governance; Committees; General Office Files; Dean of Medicine; and Photographs.

The fonds consists of correspondence, reports, financial material, printed material, minutes of meetings, statistics, photographs, and architectural plans about the Faculty of Agriculture administration and departmental activities. Fonds is arranged in the following series: Scrapbooks (1918), General Administration (1953-1972), Dean's Office Files (1955-1975), General correspondence (1968-1980), Minutes (1947-1986), Financial records (1966-1982), Faculty affairs (general) (1966-1976), Departmental affairs (1966-1983), Curriculum (1966-1980), Space (1968-1978), Land (1967-1977), Survey and statistics (1969- 1978), Oyster River (1967-1984), Botanical Garden (1966-1973), Interior Program (1978-1984), Subject file (1966-1982), Pamphlet (1917-1946), Photograph (192-?-193-?) and Architectural Plans (1917-1983).

The fonds consists of records from the Fraser River Model Project (1949-1962); the Vancouver Harbour and Burrard Inlet Model Project (1953-1956); materials generated in teaching and taking UBC engineering courses (1922-1972), academic materials generated outside of the UBC system, and miscellaneous engineering projects that Pretious participated in his time at UBC (1942-1977). The records have been separated into six different series. Reports and memoranda which were issued as a series have been arranged in series order, but other items were filed arbitrarily under the two projects and have been maintained this way.

Fonds consists of records which reflect Brink's participation on the Environmental Assessment Panel (1973-1983) and The Nature Trust (1984-1987). The papers include material arranged in the following series: correspondence, teaching and research. The papers also include reference booklets and pamphlets. Each series is arranged in chronological order. The records primarily contain one large correspondence series from 1953 to 1975, with bulk dates of 1961 to 1971. The correspondence contains Brink's faculty papers intermingled with the Division of Plant Science's central office files.
