Moving mountains to build ships. Now contract to build QSK19-powered bunkers vessel for South Africa. Design by Focal Marine & Offshore Corp. Ltd." Another descriptive note about South China Shipyard reads: "Owned by Big Fair group of Hong Kong. Building several Cat and Cummins powered Anchor Handling Tugs for eventual Middle East customer. Yard recently taken over from State ownership."
