Meagan Davies part of the midwifery collection consists of 22 DVDs of interviews conducted throughout B.C.

Abra Palumbo collected printed papers kept about the midwifery movement in the 1970s and 80s in B.C. Most of the materials are official forms, manuals, or articles utilized by the midwifery movement.

The fonds consist of reports from field surveyors submitted as applications to designate areas in British Columbia for protection. The fonds also contains supporting records relating to the wider Ecological Reserve program and include correspondence, progress reports, presentations, memorandums, lectures, briefs, surveys, "dead applications", news clippings, Orders of the Lieutenant in Council [photocopies], pamphlets, check sheets, aerial photographs, park proposals, handwritten notes, and meeting minutes. Also included is a small series of records relating to Vladimir Krajina, including; general correspondence, curriculum vitae, a list of publications, articles, newspaper clippings, notes, a legacy biography and obituary.
The archivist restored the original order where it was definitive. However, Ecological Reserve Applications 1-39 can be found scattered throughout the supporting records series. The original record keeper appears to have created a filing system beginning at the Ecological Reserve Application 40 (Petitot Rivers).

This fonds consists of textual records, photographs, newspaper clippings, a VHS tape, and an audio reel. The materials focus on the history (or “herstory”) of the Women’s Resource Centre, emphasizing their move from the UBC Robson Square, where they originally opened in 1973, to the UBC Point Grey campus in 2002.

The records of the Department of Athletics and Recreation fonds are representative of the athletics side of the Department of Athletics and Recreation. While athletics and recreation fall under the same department, in practice, they operate independently of one another. Their textual records are also physically held at separate locations. Surviving records in the Department of Athletics and Recreation fonds are broadly representative of the achievements of UBC athletes and teams. Far less extensive, are the types of administrative documents produced or accumulated in the course of the day-to-day business of the department. Examples of records present in the fonds include programs, historical research, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, team rosters, scoresheets, profile write-ups, yearbooks, media guides, correspondence, agendas, training schedules, coaching handbooks, travel itineraries, and ephemera.
The Department of Athletics and Recreation fonds is arranged in the following series; Athletics photographs, Athletics History, Baseball, Basketball, Athletic Events (including Big Block, Hall of Fame, and Millennium Breakfast), Cross Country Track and Field, Field Hockey, Football, Golf, Ice Hockey, Media & Promotions, Assorted Sports, Other Sports (which includes Skiing, Sailing, Tennis, Gymnastics, Rowing and Wrestling), Rugby, Soccer, Swimming and Volleyball.

The fonds consists of agendas, brochures, correspondence, copies of legal documentation, memos, minutes, newsletters, notes, photographs, and proposals. The fonds consists of seven series: Administrative series, Curriculum series, Correspondence series, Faculty Affairs (General) series, Newsletter series, Legal series, Photographs series.

Fonds consists predominantly of copies of Douglas Bankson’s plays, scripts and short stories. It also includes photographs from two Bankson plays and of his artwork, as well as different posters and recordings from miscellaneous Bankson productions.

The fonds consists of documentation regarding specific courses, accreditation, correspondence, surveys, interdepartmental memoranda, sample student work, and brochures. Most of the documentation originates from the office of Engineering Physics under the directorship of Prof. Edward Auld. Dr. Jon Nakame accumulated the CEAB Accreditation materials. In general, these documents reflect the Director of Engineering Physics' role and interests, and specifically Prof. Edward Auld. They underscore Engineering Physics' relationship to the Department of Physics and Astronomy and the Faculty of Applied Science.
The first series consists of files that were collected and organized chronologically by Engineering Physics. Subsequent series include documentation regarding specific courses within Engineering Physics and documentation relating to the accreditation of Engineering Physics by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board during the 1990s and 2000s. There are 350 prints and 260 negatives included in the Photographs series, most of which were taken in the 1990s.

The collection consists of records generated by the Canadian Officers' Training Corps (UBC) and the 196th Western Universities Battalion. Except for the Daily Orders volumes and the Air Force's annual reports, the bulk of the remaining material relates to World War I and the UBC Roll of Service. The photographs and photo albums, the albums include memorabilia and photos, depict World War II and post-war activities.

The fonds consists of records that document the origins and establishment of the UBC Computing Centre as well as financial, technical, organizational, and administrative records through the time it was known as Computing Services and University Computing & Communications. A large number of the files relate to the activities of the divisions, committees and teaching/research facilities of Health Sciences. Fonds consists of records generated by Helen Dahlstroms activities in her capacity as a pianist, accompanist, music teacher, choir conductor, examiner, adjudicator, and national, provincial and international arts and music boards. The records relate to personal and administrative daily activities concerning music and the arts, mainly in western Canada and to a lesser extent in the United States, England, France and Africa. The fonds consists of two series biographical information and Do-It-Yourself Chemistry / Home Chemistry. The former includes information about Hayward including articles, CV, copies of publications and a list of his patents. The second series consists of material relating to the development of the Do-It-Yourself Chemistry program. The fonds consists of Cyril Belshaw's personal and professional papers. The professional records chronicle both his involvement in numerous local, national, and international organizations (including the Academic Board for Higher Education in British Columbia, the Regional Training Centre for United Nations Fellows, the Social Science Research Council of Canada, the Pacific Sciences Association, UNESCO, and the Canadian Sociology and Anthropology Association), and his teaching and administrative activities at UBC. The records also include his original research material and data into various groups in the South Pacific, and other topics in anthropology. More personal records related to his education and family. Also included are materials about the disappearance and subsequent inquiry into the death of Betty Joy Belshaw. Fonds consists almost entirely of materials created or acquired by Harry Adaskin throughout his life and career. It includes the manuscripts for his autobiographies, correspondence, scripts for radio broadcasts and lectures, newspaper clippings, and concert programmes, photographs, films, and audio recordings. Also included are annotated copies of Adaskin's two autobiographies: A Fiddler's World (published in 1977), and A Fiddler's Choice (1982). Some outside correspondence addressed to his wife Frances after his death is also included. The fonds consists of an undated autobiography entitled "Things I Remember," photographs and printed material from the opening of the MacLeod Building (1964) and materials related to his receipt of the McNaughton Medal (1972) for his "pioneering achievement in electrical engineering education in Western Canada."

File also contains one undated copy of CAIMAW's newsletter "Sparker" and a report of the Canadian Confederation of Unions - B.C. Council Convention dated February 22, 1976.

The collection consists of twenty-two UBC Football programs collected by Bob Hindmarch from 1951-1992. The file also contains an article by Athletics Historian Fred Hume on Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip's first football game and a short biography of Dr. Bob Hindmarch.
The second box was donated separately. The greatest extent of materials includes photographs. Also included is a folder of research materials, including newspaper clippings a VHS on Thunderbirds in China, 1974. As well as a DVD of the BC Hockey Hall of Fame, 2012 and a Hall of Fame Hockey Plaque presented to Hindmarch on that occasion.

Fonds consists of a variety of documents and memorabilia acquired by J. Allan Jones during his time as a UBC student, and includes exam papers, dance cards, announcements for 1928 graduating class events, photographs, and his wife's graduation and teacher training certificates.
