Series also includes pictures of prominent members of lumber associations including J.A. Humbird, Gordon Gibson, A.D. Anderson, L.L.G. Bentley, L.R. Andrews, Tom Wilkinson, J.M. Edwards, W.J. van Dusen, Tom Burgess, H.V. Simpsons and Bill McMahon.

The fifth tape contains a lecture by Verner. There are also 17 microfilm copies of books or articles on adult education and rural communities.

This scrapbook was initially included with the A.M. Pound papers. It was felt that since the scrapbook was about A.M. Stephen (compiled by him, and after his death, by his wife, Irene Stephen) it should be included with the Stephen papers. The scrapbook covers the time from 1928, when Stephen made his much publicized tours of Western Canada, to 1963, when Stephen's last edition of poems (compiled by his wife) was published. The scrapbook includes newspaper articles, book reviews, letters (mainly to Mrs. Stephen), and other assorted memorabilia. (Note written by Robert Gore.)

These records include early Liberal publications such as the "Canadian Liberal Monthly" and, predominantly, correspondence between Manson and Liberal Associations across British Columbia. Manson grouped many of these files under the headings "Liberal Associations" or "Liberal Ass’n."

Subseries consists of agendas, diaries, and planners that Manson used. These agendas date from the later part of Manson's life and many were only partially filled.

Subseries consists of records related to Manson aiding others with legal matters. The records in this subseries were produced toward the end of Manson's career and after his retirement. These records often pertain to immigration issues, such as communication with governmental departments on behalf of a gardener trying to bring his family over from Hong Kong.

These records include financial records, insurance policies, and correspondence.

Subseries consists of records related to Manson's social life. Materials related to events that Manson was invited to are particularly prominent in this subseries, such as luncheons with King George VI and the Queen Mother and later with Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip.

These records include travel itineraries and travel receipts, Christmas cards, thank you cards, anniversary cards, calling cards, invitations, and seating charts.

Sub-series contains records relating to the British Columbia Lumber Manufacturers Association’s Finance Committee. Material consists of meeting minutes that outline the financial statements, the Association’s budget, the total amount, in cost, of monetary vouchers, the cost of equipment, the Association’s investments, and public relations.
