Koerner Library is a renovation of the prior undergraduate library - Sedgewick. The remodel and expansion began in 1995 and was completed in 1997. Koerner provides academic library services and materials in humanities and social sciences as housing the President’s office, the research commons, microform, government publications and various study spaces.
Sous-fonds consists of administrative records related to the development of the library, correspondence, architectural plans and schematics, committees associated with the library and its development, and other reports.
Northern River Basins Study series
Series consists of correspondence, minutes, and reports from the Northern River Basins Study, which examined the ecology and human activities of the Athabaska-Peace River basin. Dr. Larkin chaired the Study's Science Advisory Committee. The materials are arranged in two sub-series.
School of Audiology and Speech Sciences
Fonds consists of reports on programmes and activities for the School of Audiology and Speech Sciences, resulting from the School’s five-year academic reviews (1988-1992, 1992-1997, 1999-2005, 2006-2011).

Sumas Waste Processing Plant Environmental Review series
Series consists of records generated in the course of a federal environmental inquiry, headed by Hardwick, into a waste processing plant proposed for Sumas in the Fraser Valley in August 1992. It includes correspondence from local individuals and groups, reports, and materials distributed during a public meeting during the inquiry.
Series consists of journals about Shanghai No.3 Girls’ High School, The East China University of Politics and Law, St. John’s University, East China Normal University in China and St. John’s & St. Mary’s Institute of Technology in Taiwan. The above-mentioned schools are related to St. John’s University. Some journals also mark the 125th and 130th anniversary of St. John’s University and the World Reunions of Johanneans. A newsletter catalogue is available. Series is arranged into nineteen files.
UBC Video Collection / Raymond J. Hall (collector)
The collection of video tapes consists of three categories: raw footage of UBC events/activities primarily from the 1990s; footage shot by UBC film students for a documentary on the Fraser Canyon region; and a series of interviews with a veteran of the Spanish Civil War. Most recordings are in Betacam format, the remainder are VHS.
Series consists of newsletters of the Association of Professors Emeriti and clippings collected by the Association.

Information Services is the office responsible for coordinating the Library’s public outreach and instructional services. In the 1990s, it also administered and promoted the Library’s internet-based reference services (e.g. Gopher, e-mail, WWW).

The further accrual consists of correspondence and publications regarding her extended career in the senate, including offshore oil and gas materials, BC unity, fisheries, lighthouses, aboriginal affairs, and education. The series also includes copies of her speeches and speaking notes from 1991 to 2006.
