B.C.F.G.A. Convention Package

File contains the minutes, program, financial statement, resolutions list, notice, budget, and reports from the 1960 B.C.F.G.A. Convention. Reports from the following committees are included: Peach and Apricot Committee, Pear Committee, Grades Committee, Tariff Committee, Pacific National Exhibition Committee, Cherry, Prune and Plum Committee, Central Orchard Labour Committee, Summer Apple Committee, Apple Pooling Committee, and Soft Fruit Pooling Committee. A report on the Palmer Memorial Research Grant and Packinghouse Labour Negotiations is included, along with reports from the B.C. Tree Fruits Board of Governors, General Sales Manager, and General Manager, the B.C. Fruit Board, the B.C.F.G.A. executive, and Sun-Rype Products Board of Directory and General Manager. Additionally, the file includes an interim report on the possible "guaranteed returns" to growers.

Constitution

File contains the BCWI certificate of incorporation, constitution and by-laws, as well as photocopied drafts of the BCWI constitution and copies of the �Farmer's and Women's Institutes Act.�
