The fonds consists of biographical information about Clement, copies of speeches (1942-1955) and notes from his first lecture on agricultural economics given at Macdonald College in 1913. The fonds also includes reminiscences of F.F. Wesbrook, L.S. Klinck and early experiences at UBC.

The fonds consist of lecture notes and other course materials, manuscripts, correspondence, and published materials produced and received by Boving during his professional activities as a professor of agronomy.
