Scope and content
This file contains one award ribbon pin that holds three award ribbons: the US Military's American Campaign Medal (blue), the US Military's Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal (yellow), and the Republic of the Philippine's Philippine Liberation Medal (red). The bronze star device on the latter two denotes participation in military campaign or multiple bestowals of the same award.
Along with all survivors of the the Santo Tomas Internment Camp, Leonard and Barbara McCann were presented with these awards.
