The collection consists of 20 audio recordings one of which is a recording of the UBC 50th anniversary commemorative ceremonies on 1 October 1965, and the others being CBC interviews with prominent alumni and former faculty on 7-8 September 1965.

Collection consists primarily of event flyers, programmes and calendars published to promote various performing arts productions at UBC. Also included are companion guides for some theatre productions. Materials are arranged in three categories: Theatre Productions, Musical Productions, and Performing Arts – General. Within each category the materials are organized by department, organization, or production series.
The fonds consists of correspondence with both published and prospective authors, other university presses, distributors, agents and departmental staff, reviews and newspaper clippings about published material; minutes of meetings, and reports of financial standing; grant applications, and program and award descriptions. The fonds consists of 16 audio recordings. There is a transcript for only one interview, that with Margaret Street. The file inventory is arranged by tape number with a short summary of the tape contents provided by Ann Carroll. There is also a link to a digitized copy of each interview.

Fonds consists of documentation of the activities of the UBC Student Christian Movement during the early 1930s and includes a minute book for the SCM “Grad Group” (1930-35), two small SCM promotional pamphlets (1934), and assorted correspondence (1933-34).
