Series consists of correspondence, financial statements and expense reports, pamphlets, memos, reports, clippings, and handwritten notes. Documents relate to a mission to Chile in 1997 conducted by Berger with Claude Katz, a Parisian lawyer, under the auspices of the Federation Internationale des Droits de l'Homme (FIDH). The mission was to consider the impact of a dam proposed in southern Chile, south of the Bio-Bio River. Except where otherwise noted, file names been retained and the arrangement reflects the creator's original order.

The records in the Field Hockey Series are comprised primarily of research materials on the history of field hockey at UBC. Other documents in this series include roster lists, newspaper clippings, bulletins, and committee responsibilities. In addition, UBC Field Hockey programs and statistics can be found in the Media and Promotions Series.

Series consists of notebooks compiled by W.H. Mathews and his assistants during a geological survey of the Peace River region for the BC Department of Mines. Two of the notebooks were gathered by Mathews, one by J. Fyles, and one by Walter Thomson.

Series consists of correspondence and a typescript of a press release concerning the 1984 John Huston film adaptation of Lowry’s Under the Volcano. Contents include: press release typescript, stills of scenes from the film, letters from Dr. Sherrill Grace, the National Film Board of Canada, and the Consul General of Italy, among others. Also included are two certificates awarded to Lowry from the Royal Drawing Society in 1920. The majority of the series was produced between 1973 and 1991.

Series documents the planning, research, production, and post-production activities for “Volcano” between 1974 and 1977. Planning-related material includes incoming and outgoing correspondence, draft and final film proposals, and budgets and cost breakdowns. Research-related material includes copies of newspaper articles and other biographical information on Lowry. Production-related material includes incoming and outgoing correspondence, memoranda, notes, schedules, filming permits, customs forms, expense reports, requisitions for cheques, camera negative reports, photos of the filming process, and other documents. Correspondence includes letters to and from interview subjects, including Russell Lowry, Jan Gabrial, Marjorie Bonner Lowry, and others. Production-related material also includes examples of photographic stills of Lowry used in the film. Post-production-related material includes draft and final promotional materials, the program from the 49th Academy Awards, and a proposal for a book project based on the film. Some file titles were taken from the creator’s original folders or envelopes, as indicated in the file list.
Part of At Home in the Universe: The Life and Times of William Shatner fonds
The series consists of 1 small box of textual records relating to the production of the series, including correspondence, applications, resumes, and releases regarding the film production. Series also consists of the footage used to create the documentary series, most of which are on Betacam SP small and large video. These video cassettes include interviews with Shatner, his family, and other actors. In addition, there is footage taken of Shatner as he interacts with others at a Star Trek convention, during his charity horseshow, at various locations in Montreal, and on his ranch. There is also footage of Shatner during his efforts to protect the wild horses of Santa Cruz Island, historical footage in his roles as Captain Kirk and TJ Hooker, and several stills. The series also includes audio tracks for the film on DAT and related material on Hi8 cassette. In addition, the series also consists of one 3 ½ inch floppy disk with documents relating to the production, a DVD with tracks from the film, and a DVD copy of the film itself.
Most of the footage was filmed in 1998 and 1999; however, the arrangement of the series does not follow a strict chronological order but retains the original numbering system created by Harvey McKinnon productions.
Part of Elitha Peterson Productions - “Champions for Change” fonds
Series consists of 26 video tapes and one file of textual records regarding the production of “Champions for Change.” Of the videotapes, 24 are Betacam SP, and 2 are VHS. There is one Betacam SP Master for each of the three episodes - “Sports First!”, “Let the Games Begin,” and “The Value of Gold.” Twenty-one of the Betacam SP tapes in this series are stock footage. There is also one Dub of Master and another copy of “Champions for Change,” both VHS tapes. The textual records include synopsis and scripts, tape logs, shot lists, transcripts, and interview transcripts concerning “Champions for Change.” All dates, titles, and times are adopted from the written notes on the tapes themselves or from the transcripts.

Series consists of various audio and visual formats as well as textual records. Film, video, sound and music logs directly relate to the audiovisual materials. The series also includes film proposals, project profiles, correspondence between Noam Chomsky regarding the development of the project, as well as letters written in support of the film. Most audiovisual material has been catalogued according to the original numbering system given the material by the creator but has been re-housed. The material also retains original box numbers created by Anna Sikorski for Necessary Illusions, which can be disregarded in the new arrangement.
Series consists of film copies of several of the video recordings from the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements.

Materials were maintained by the Faculty Administrator's Office, which provides the Dean with administrative assistance and acts as the faculty's financial officer. Responsibilities include student registration, timetabling, exam scheduling, budget preparation, financial management, distribution of committee agenda and minutes and classroom allocation.
Series consists of records created or acquired by the TRIUMF Finance Committee and includes meeting minutes, agendas, and reports. The records are arranged in chronological order.
