Fonds consists of a bound, hand-written minute book for the 1917-1918 school year and a typewritten proposed constitution and by-laws dated March 1949.

Fonds consists of minutes from the Dept. of Animal Science (1970-1981), the Department of Poultry Science (1968-1982), and the University Research Farm (Oyster River) Management Committee (1955/56). Also included are records about the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences in general.

Fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, newspaper clippings and other materials documenting the history of the program, promotion of the program and the profession, and the creation of the Research and Development Fund as well as the 1985 fight to save the program from university budget cuts.
