Fonds contains records from the School of Kinesiology pertaining to their academic and facility planning from the 1952 to 2004. This includes School Council minutes, academic reviews, annual reports, and facility upgrade plans and reports. The physical arrangement of the records as they were originally received has been maintained.

The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Osborne that relate primarily to his work with the various local, provincial, national and international sports and athletic organizations throughout his career.

Fonds consists of minutes of the M.A.A. executive; correspondence with the A.M.S., the Western Cananda Intercollegiate Athletic Union (W.C.I.A.U.), the various University athletic clubs, and other bodies; financial records; and records of awards given to University athletes.

The fonds consists of logbooks, trip register, meeting minutes, and photograph albums. The logbooks and trip registers chronicle the general activities of the Varsity Outdoor Club and the activities at their various cabin locations, with comments by many who use the facilities. The files on meeting minutes contain minutes and sometimes copies of the VOCene, the club's newsletter, or advertisement and informational material related to the organization's activities. The photograph albums include black and white and coloured prints from several decades of the club's existence.

The fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, and reports which document the activities of the executive and of various athletic clubs.
