Document granting general sufferance with conditions

Hand written form granting permission to Samuel McCullough to voyage up the Fraser River with four men and his implements and provisions for mining. Conditions of sufferance include to only bring on board goods bought from the Hudson Bay Company, to not carry gunpowder or other ammunition except for that from the United Kingdom, to receive no passengers without a gold mining license, and not to trade with First Nations.
