The fonds consists of correspondence, reports, minutes of meetings, and published materials such as programs and flyers, and documents the programs and activities of the Department. It is arranged in the following series: General Administration, Meetings (with sub-series: Department and Committees), Department Programs (with sub-series: Art Education (ARTE) and Music Education (MUED)), and “Quarterly Quorum.” The Art Education sub-series includes records that pre-date the establishment of the Department and document the Art Education program during the late 1970s.

Fonds consists of textual records documenting the various publishing projects undertaken by Pacific Educational Press, and includes book proposals, drafts, correspondence, meeting minutes, editorial notes and reports, and copies of published reviews. The records are arranged in series organized by publication or project title.

The collection consists of materials acquired by Special Collections and the University Archives and maintained for purposes of historical research. It includes reports, correspondence, committee minutes, course materials, architectural and other drawings, newspaper and magazine clippings, press releases, posters, brochures, and other published materials. The materials are arranged alphabetically by subject or name (e.g. organisations, University departments, events, buildings/places, and individuals).
