Fonds consists of reports on programmes and activities for the School of Audiology and Speech Sciences, resulting from the School’s five-year academic reviews (1988-1992, 1992-1997, 1999-2005, 2006-2011).

The fonds consists of records documenting the functions, activities, and programmes of the UBC Department of Medicine and its constituent divisions. Also, because of the close working relationship between the Department and the Vancouver Hospital & Health Sciences Centre Department of Medicine -- the two were led by the same department head for much of the 1990s -- some VHHSC records were kept with the UBC files in the department offices; they remained interfiled when the records were transferred to the University Archives. The records include correspondence, reports, minutes, and published materials. Fonds consists of records documenting Philip Reid's activities as a professor and researcher from 1979 to 1993. Series include biographical information (1980-1990); correspondence (1977-1994); program development and course material (1978-1993); research, notes, and data (1959-1989); unpublished materials (1975-1992); and published material (1973-1993).
