The fonds consists of a report of coordination efforts between the University of British Columbia Departments of Education and Agriculture (1917), Convocation programs (1926), miscellaneous Senate records relating to funding cutbacks (1931-1933) and materials from the Student Publicity Campaign (1931-1932).

Fonds consists of two Senate reports from 1961 and 1962 relating to fraternities and sororities on the UBC campus and a copy of McCrae's speech on sororities during a Panhellenic workshop in 1972.

The fonds consist of correspondence and other records relating to the University Senate's activities, the President's Ad Hoc Committee on Sexual Harassment, the Faculty Association's Status of Women Committee, and the Historical Association (Vancouver Branch). There are also a limited number of records about the Academic Women's Association, the Archival Studies Committee, and several other University bodies and granting an honorary degree to Expo 86 commissioner Jimmy Pattison.

Fonds consists of notes, correspondence, reports, and drafts produced by Shearer and others related to his participation in the Standing Committee on National Finance, The Academic Advisory Committee on Constitutional Reform, written briefs on the revision of banking legislation in Canada in 1977 and the Senate ad hoc Committee on University Organization.

The fonds consists of legal decisions, arbitration reports, letters, speeches, photos and two photo albums.
