The fonds consists of correspondence, addresses, reports, printed materials, field notes and clippings relating to Knapp's professional interests and activities. In addition, the fonds contains course materials, minutes of meetings, and administrative records relating to the UBC Faculty of Forestry. The fonds also contains photographs and slides documenting the Faculty of Forestry and its students as well as the University Research Forest.

The fonds consists of photocopied research material relating the following individuals - Clifford Sifton, George Foster, Robert Borden, R.B. Bennett, W.S. Fielding, T.A. Crerar, A.K. Cameron and Charles A. Dunning. Also included are minutes, agenda papers and reports from the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada on which Prang served from 1973 to 1979.

Fonds consists of correspondence (1914-1945), journal offprints (1914-1922), manuscripts, minutes, reports, notes, diaries, clippings, army memorabilia, maps, photographs and biographical information pertaining to Schofield's personal and professional life.

The fonds consists of records from International House (1955-1963) and the Board of Trustees of the International House Association (1953-1963) as well as assorted printed material generated by International House. The Collection also includes a scrapbook of early advertising memorabilia (1895-1900), a history of UBC's Department of Psychology, collected material pertaining to the Axis powers during World War II and an unidentified diary.

Fonds includes correspondence, reports, minutes, notes, photographs, drafts of Johns' unfinished autobiography and related papers, and manuscripts of a considerable number of her articles and speeches the majority of which were published. Among the letters here included are those which Johns wrote to Eileen C. Flanagan during the period 1949-1967, and which the latter has donated.
