The fonds also includes briefs from both the Forest Policy Advisory Committee (1977) which invited submissions reacting to Pearse's final report and from the Select Standing Committee on Forestry and Fisheries (1973). There is also a small collection of speeches by others pertaining to the forest industry (1955-1971).

The collection consists of correspondence, financial materials, minutes, reports, plays, clippings, scrapbooks, notes, brochures, and photographs pertaining to various dramatic organizations with which Rushton was involved. These organizations include Vancouver Little Theatre Association, Vancouver Children's Theatre, Vancouver Community Children's Theatre, Holiday Theatre, Holiday Playhouse and Playhouse Theatre. Rushton collected this material for the purpose of writing a history of the Holiday Theatre and to document the children's theatre movement in British Columbia. The fonds consists of sixty-three oral history tapes, card indexes, notebooks and written notes, and published materials relating to Harshenin's research into the Doukhobor language and dialect.

The fonds consist exclusively of incoming correspondence from writer George Woodcock to Campbell as co-editor of Atropos. With his letters, Woodcock also included four typescript poems and an essay on Simone Weil published in Atropos. Woodcock also sent Campbell a typescript copy of his unpublished play The Floor of the Night.

The fonds consists of correspondence, manuscripts for publications, articles, speeches and reports by Verner, minutes of meetings of UBC and government committees on which Verner sat, and map research materials, 1941-1979. The papers also include almost 200 photographs, mostly snapshots, of Verner, friends and colleagues dating from the 1920s to 1979 and over 400 historical maps of North America, the Arctic and Asia, 1550-19__. Professor Verner organized his files into three subject areas relating to his work and interests: Personal, ca. 1921-1979, Adult Education, 1940s-1978, and Cartography, 1949- 1979. This arrangement has been maintained. Files within the three series are organized into sub-series, the order reflecting as closely as could be ascertained the original order of the papers as set up by Verner. In some cases this was difficult to determine as the materials were received as separate accessions over a number of years. In most cases the files are identified as Verner labeled them.

Fonds consists of Daniells' personal and professional incoming and outgoing correspondence, diaries, speeches, radio broadcasts, manuscripts, poetry, subject files, research files, postcards and postcard collections, clippings, financial records, audio material, photographs, memorabilia and printed material. Also included are the records of Roy's parents, James and Constance Daniells. The correspondence series contains thousands of letters from prominent literary figures such as Earle Birney, Robert Finch, Desmond Pacey, Northrop Frye, Herbert Davis, E.K. Brown, A.S.P. Woodhouse, as well as writers, poets, and artists such as Paul Hiebert (Sara Binks), Carol Coates, Max Maynard, Jack Shadbolt and others. His works are represented by manuscripts of his poetry, fiction, drama, scholarly work on Milton and modernism and Canadian literature, speeches and broadcasts, autobiography, diaries, and many letters to his family. The fonds also contains notes of sympathy received by Daniells' family after his death.

Fonds consists of minutes of meetings, correspondence, reports, printed material, and publications pertaining to Watson's professional activities and affiliations. Fonds includes materials pertaining to the Engineering Science Leads Committee of the B.C. Agricultural Sciences Co-ordinating Committee (BCSCC) on which Watson sat for the period 1967-1978. Composed of representatives of the Provincial Ministry of Agriculture, Agriculture Canada, and the UBC Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, the Committee advised the Minister of Agriculture and allotted research funds for research projects within the province.

The fonds consists of photocopied research material relating the following individuals - Clifford Sifton, George Foster, Robert Borden, R.B. Bennett, W.S. Fielding, T.A. Crerar, A.K. Cameron and Charles A. Dunning. Also included are minutes, agenda papers and reports from the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada on which Prang served from 1973 to 1979.
