The fonds consists of correspondence, lecture notes, reference clippings, student notebooks, programs, newsletters, certificates, musical scores, receipts, pamphlets, and books produced and received by Wilfrid Sadler during his student days at Macdonald College and his professional activities as a professor in the Department of Dairying from 1918. The Department of Dairying was part of the Faculty of Agriculture from 1916 to 1955.

Fonds is arranged in seven series: Biographical Information, MacPhee Family Genealogy, General Scottish History, Books and Articles by MacPhee, Banff School of Advanced Management, and History of the Faculty of
Commerce and Business Administration series. The latter series includes materials relating to the history he prepared for the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration in 1976.

Fonds consists of a hand-written account of Gladys Wright's memories of the UBC Fairview campus. Also included are seven heavily-annotated textbooks (copies of Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale, The Merchant of Venice, Coriolanus, Twelfth Night (2 copies), Julius Caesar, and Othello) used in Garnett G. Sedgewick's English courses. The latter items document teaching and note-taking methods from the 1920s, particularly those practiced in Sedgewick's classes.

The fonds consists of records documenting Juda Quastelʹs activities as a scientist from 1917 to 1987. Series include biographical information; correspondence; presentations and lectures; scientific research, notes, and data; written reports, published and unpublished materials; photographs, slides, glass plates, and audiovisual material. Collectively, these records reflect Quastelʹs various scientific roles as researcher, professor, author, and public speaker. Some records (i.e. particular correspondence and photographs) also reveal Quastelʹs personal life as husband and father.
