concerns the P.N.E., C.N.E., Canadian National Products Exhibit Montreal, Toy Exhibit, Montreal, Philatelic Exhibit, Hamilton.
Fonds consists in part of the collected family histories of the direct ancestors and relatives-by-marriage of Dorothy Jean Zoellner (nee Whitham) including family photographs and family correspondence. A significant portion of this collected component is represented by the body of photographic work attributed to Zoellner’s father, J.D. Whitham. A further significant portion is a suite of 8mm films depicting the family life of Dorothy and W.J. Zoellner in the 1950s and 1960s, in and around British Columbia’s southern interior, including locations such as Kelowna, Christina Lake, and Grand Forks, B.C.
Fonds also consists in part of the records created and/or contributed to by Zoellner herself during her lifetime, with specific reference to her activities with the Okanagan Historical Society. The preponderance of these materials are born-digital resources to be extracted from 3.5” floppy diskettes.

Subseries includes items published in small batches, which might have been created using technologies such as Xerox photocopying, and at home binding techniques including staples and sewing, and which are most often in small (i.e. smaller than A4size) formats, or items which Anna defined as zines. Items are often self-published, or published through small collectives.
This subseries can be differentiated from other subseries as a result of the format and the content of the files. For example, it excludes exhibit catalogues, as Banana distinguished in her own filing system between the two, so small, zine-like exhibit catalogue are not included. Files are distinguished by the names of zines or zine collections. It includes one-off booklets, handmade artists poetry books, handmade or custom zines, some handmade “one of a kind books,” and regularly published small format zines and newsletters.

Item is a pamphlet, which describes the clock tower that Zimmer constructed as clockmaker to the Royal Court in Belgium. He finished the tower in 1930 and presented it to the city of Lierre on the occasion of Belgium's centennial anniversary of independence. The pamphlet describes the twelve dials built onto the face of the Centenary Clock. It explains what the dials mean, how they function, and how measurements are taken. It includes diagrams of the clock dials as well as charts and other diagrams. It also describes dials found in the Astronomic Studio. These include thirteen dials, dealing with the subdivision of time, as well as other dials representing astronomical phenomena. Zimmer has included a dial that functions according to Cotsworth's 13-month calendar.
