Conradiana series

Series consists of records about Messenger's role as the Canadian National Editor of Conradiana between 1969 to 1980. These records include correspondence, notes, clippings, drafts and annotated copies of articles and reviews, and revisions.

Consortiums series

Series consists of correspondence, minutes, and reports related to non-UBC specific committees, conferences, and project task forces of which the school or its faculty were joint members or speakers.

Continuing and Permanent Files series

This series contains records related to ongoing and permanent university projects, ventures, planning, and conferences. It primarily includes reports, plans and studies from task forces and committees. Boxes 414 to 422 are arranged alphabetically, and the file list below lists further records present in this series. Series consists of minutes of meetings, annual reports, invitations, clippings, programmes, and lists of members about University Convocation.

Cooke / Pulpit Publications series

Series consists of materials documenting Spaulding's long-term project to correlate the entries in the two volumes of The Preacher's Assistant (1783) by the Rev. John Cooke using computer technology and includes notes, correspondence, published articles, drafts (both handwritten and typescript), computer codes, and computer printouts (bound and unbound). It is arranged in the sub-series Correspondence, Provenance Studies, General Notes, Drafts and Printouts, and Bound Computer Printouts.
The physical arrangement is partially based on Spaulding's original file organization and otherwise in chronological order. Many original folders have essential supporting information, presumably written by Spaulding.

Copyright in Institutions series

The series consists of records documenting Laurenda Daniells’ activities as a member of the Copyright Committee for both the Association of Canadian Archivists and the Archives Section of the Canadian Historical Association. Materials include drafts, papers, notes, articles, reports, correspondence, memorandums, newspapers, and surveys.

Series consists of research, correspondence, memos and information regarding the planning and implementation of courses and programs in Adult Education in Correctional Facilities.

The correspondence is incoming and outgoing and includes letters, faxes, copies of e-mails, Christmas and birthday cards. Much of the correspondence concerns Bullocks career and includes such organizations as the C.B.C, the B.B.C., Canadian Fiction Magazine, the International Copyright Bureau, Poetry Canada Review, the Vancouver Art Gallery, the British Centre for Literary Translation, and the National Library of Canada. In addition, the series includes letters and cards from poets, authors, playwrights and artists, including W.H. New, Max Frisch, and Joy Kogawa. Finally, letters, and the majority of birthday and Christmas cards, are from family and friends.

Correspondence series

Series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence created during Ormsby's communications with her mother Margaret, other family members, colleagues, students, publishers, government officials and archival institutions. The series includes several hundred incoming letters to Margaret from her mother. Because Margaret and her mother corresponded very frequently, the correspondence provides a great deal of information about life in Vernon and the Okanagan and things happening at the University of British Columbia. Unfortunately, the bulk of the incoming correspondence is not dated.
