In their original order as received by the Archives, there were no discernible series, so the files have been arranged in the following broad categories: Building Projects, Business Plans, Cliff Erosion, Committees, Comprehensive Community Plan, Electoral Area “A” Governance, Official Community Plan, Land and Building Services – Subject Files, and Audiovisual Materials.

Fonds consists of records that document the UBC Learning Exchange history and includes correspondence, reports, minutes, budgets and related financial records, written notes, published items, and audiovisual materials. It is arranged in six series: Administration, UBC-Okanagan, Chapman Awards, Programmes, Community Service Learning and Community Based Research, and Audiovisual.

Fonds consists of records reflecting the Johanneans’ activities, ultimately spanning approximately from 1879 to current, predominant 1990 to 2015. These records are arranged in roughly chronological order. Textual records in the collection primarily consist of books, journals, magazines, newsletters, newspaper clippings, rosters, materials pertaining to St. Mary’s, materials to the St. John’s College principals, and unbound materials.The collection is arranged into the following nineteen series: newsletters, journals, artifacts, stamps, magazines, world reunions, tickets, St. John’s College, rosters, CDs, DVDs, multimedia materials, photographs, negatives, St. John’s & St. Mary’s Institute of Technology, St. John’s College principals, Shanghai archives, unbound materials and books.

The fonds consists of field notebooks, reference materials and a forestry report written by Marchant. Of particular note to UBC is Marchant’s research in the summer of 1979 on the botany of the cliffs at Point Grey.

Fonds consists of records documenting the administration of TRIUMF and includes Board of Management minutes and meeting dockets, committee minutes, and reports. Also included are reports and published proposals documenting the origins and ongoing development of TRIUMF. The fonds consists of video recordings of various plays featured in the festival, photographs from some festival events and records pertaining to the administration of the festival.
