The collection consists of ninety-one albums of postcards and photographs pertaining to views and scenes mainly in British Columbia, but also including Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the Yukon as well as Europe. The views of British Columbia include views of the Rocky Mountains, Vancouver, Victoria, Mayne Island, and Buttle Lake (pre-1911) as well as those of logging (Capilano Timber Co., 1917-1920), mining (Granby Consolidated Mining, Smelting and Power Co. and Consolidated Cariboo Hydraulic Mining Co.) railways (Canadian Pacific Railway, Grand Trunk Pacific Railway, Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway, and Great Northern Railway) and shipping. In addition, there are postcards and photographs of the Hudson's Bay Company Kamchatka Venture, 1921, U.S. Civil War portraits and New Zealand shipping.

Fonds consists of correspondence pertaining both to business matters and to Sinclair's writing (1905-1946), as well as personal correspondence with family and friends. Also included are manuscripts of short stories, novelettes and novels. Printed material contained in the fonds includes short stories, poetry, novelettes and novels. Fonds also contains photographs and photographic negatives, as well as log books, notebooks, maps/guidebooks, and ephemera.

The fonds contains records of the ACSOH, Habitat I and Vision Habitat, as well as Oberlander’s records related to Habitat II, World Urban Forums 2 and 3, and other UN Habitat associated activities and research. Contents mainly consist of correspondence, reports, publications, governance and planning documentation and research.

The fonds consists of an album created by former UBC student Arthur Evan Boss. It contains over 560 small black and white photographs, of which approximately the first half relate to UBC and taken between 1917 and 1924. The 232 UBC images include many views of students and student life at the original Fairview campus. As well as posed individual shots of students, there are many photographs of various student activities, including the annual class picnic. Although there is limited duplication of images already in the Archives, the photographs are, for the most part, unique, and a large majority of them have captions with enough information for identifying individuals. Images in the second half of the album lack detailed description and do not appear to relate to UBC.

The Angeli-Dennis collection consists of the diaries (1855-1913), manuscripts, financial records and correspondence of William Michael Rossetti. Also included are the manuscripts, correspondence and financial records of Dante Gabriel Rossetti (1842-1882), Christina Georgina Rossetti (1853-1894), Ford Madox Brown (1852-1993), Gabriele Rossetti and other members of the Rossetti family. In addition, the collection includes materials of Robert Browning, Thomas Landseer, William North, Algernon Swinburne and James Thomson.

The fonds consists of 33 original letters free Ethel Wilson to Margaret Andrew, undated, ca 1950 - 1970, 2 original letters from Ethel Wilson to [Margaret Ae_lrew] n .d . and 3 original letters from Ethel Wilson to Geoffrey Andrew, n.d. Also included is one photocopied letter from Ethel Wilson to Mary [McAlpine Dobbs], and an obituary for Lilias Torrance Newton.

The fonds consists of correspondence and printed material related to socialism in B.C. (1949-81), correspondence concerning the IWA, letters written by MacLeod's acquaintances at the time of his death, a eulogy given by Mildred MacLeod and subject files created by H.E. Nelson, Chairman of the West Kootenay District CCF Council.

The fonds consists of Padgham's photographs of family and friends, Stanley Park views, lacrosse and picnics.
