Wilderness Advisory Committee fonds
The fonds consists of copies of correspondence, briefs, and submissions regarding selected wilderness areas throughout the province sent by interested parties such as MacMillan Bloedal Ltd. and Comino as well as municipalities and concerned private citizens to the Committee. Most of the submissions were dated in December, 1985.

The fonds consists of textual and photographic records relating to personal, business and financial matters of the Wilkinson family and their lives in British Columbia in the twentieth century. The fonds includes individual photographs and a photograph album depicting locations of the lower mainland and Vancouver Island, student group photographs and images of family members and individuals. The textual records pertain to the personal correspondence of the members of the Wilkinson family, school records, an appointment book, a diary, sketchbooks of international travel, personal financial records and statistical records relating to British Columbia logging practices.

The fonds consists of records reflecting both Cameron's involvement with and perceptions of the Pioneer Strike. Clippings, minutes, correspondence, photographs and printed material record union and personal involvement in the strike and retrospective notes on events of the incident are included. Material relating to union recognition and working conditions at the Pioneer Mine is significant.

The fonds consists of drafts of a long version and a short version of an unpublished manuscript, "Running Scared", as well as notebooks and subject files dealing with the consequences of dieselization of the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) in the Revelstoke Division betweek 1957 and 1984. Powell collected extensive documentation from the relevant unions, Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen and the United Transportation Union, in response to this event and it is included in the fonds.

The fonds consists of a number of typewritten manuscripts for short articles by Dr. Walkem as well as clippings of published articles. The fonds also includes Walkem's incomplete autobiography, a scrapbook of clippings relating to his experiences as a MLA and photographs.

The appraisal was conducted by the General Appraisal Company and lists the value of assets in Wood and Englishs various operations. These operations include: saw mill, power house, planning mill, sorting transfer shed and hog house.

Menchions for various companies and individuals including a seine patrol and towboat (1914-1915), cannery tender (1924-1926), seine boat (1925), and specifications and contracts for gasoline boats, seine boats and fishing boats (1914-1935). The fonds also includes one photograph of the vessel Frieda of the Kakiak Fishing Co.

The records consist of those created at Head Office, Huddersfield, in its dealings with its Vancouver and Victoria offices. There are also books of account which appear to have been created in its Vancouver office. The records consist of legal documents (1889-1950) minutes (1906-1950) correspondence (1890-1964) and financial records (1889-1970), including registers, journals and ledgers (1889-1954). There are also records of the Canadian Mining Syndicate and the Vancouver Land & Securities Corporation. The fonds also includes photographs of the exterior of the Thos. Dunn and Company store, depicting goods ready for shipment from Vancouver to the Klondike and interiors and exteriors of the Yorkshire Building in the 1950s.

The collection consists of ledgers, account books, and sales receipts of merchants in Dawson City, Yukon, during the Klondike Gold Rush as well as correspondence, purchasing records, and production records for several placer mining companies in and around Dawson City in the 1940s and 1950s. The records of Klondike-era merchants include those of Marcus Rosenthal and Company, Barrett and Hull (1901-1904), William Barrett, Klondike Thawing Machinery Company (1911-1926), Landhal's Emporium (1906), and Rook Brothers (1905-1906). Records of placer mining companies include those of Clear Creek Placers Ltd. (1941-1956), Yukon Gold Placers Ltd. and subsidiary companies (1941-1956), Canadian Placers Ltd. (1940-1941), and Spruce Creek Placers Ltd. (1941-1956).
