Work Record

In August 1985, Copan began keeping more detailed notes on one particular position, that of linesman, and started a new series of notebooks to keep track of this information. Entries include the date, hour in which the shift started, wharf or port name, berth number, ship name, duration of shift, and type of activity (tying up, letting go or lead man).

Also in this file is a folder titled GDSGT Revised, which contains documents and images regarding the revision of Kilian's book, Go Do Some Great Thing. This folder also contains two more folders titled GDSGT Launch, containing digital images depicting a launch party for Kilian's book, and SSI Photos, containing digital images depicting photographs reproduced and used in the book.

Work as a health and fitness instructor

Subseries consists of materials related to Hanne's work as a health/fitness educator and trainer. Most of these records are from her time in North America, first leading workshops and hosting lectures in the United States (1940-1943) and later in Vancouver, where she worked as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and massage therapist. This subseries also includes materials used to promote and advertise her gym and schools in Austria, her work as a fitness instructor and trainer, her fitness method, and other services she offered.
