The album also includes a newspaper clipping, post card and a typescript article about the Tashme Camp. The fonds also includes a small body of correspondence written by Margaret Sage to her parents Walter and Nelda Sage and to her brother Donald (1945/46).

Previously known as the "Ethel Johns Research Collection", the fonds consists of records generated during Street's writing of the biography of Ethel Johns. It includes correspondence (1969-1974) with publishers and the Canada Council which funded the project; transcripts of interviews with students, friends and associates (1969-1970); copies of Johns' addresses and publications (including portions of an unfinished autobiography); and draft manuscripts for the book "Watch-Fires on the Mountains".

Fonds consists of a scrapbook related primarily to Wooton's work as a Vancouver Parks Board superintendent, but also containing several personal documents such as photographs, cards and Wooton's Free Mason certificates. Records from 1986 – 2017 were either added by Susan McCaslin, or Park’s son, Robert Park. The Personal and Administrative Records series contains records related to the personal life and administrative affairs of Park. Park kept detailed subject files on many different religious and spiritual phenomena, spiritualist writers, and completed her own Bible studies. She also corresponded with family, friends, and her “learners.” Record types include Bible study notes and annotations, family history research, education certificates, childhood books, religious and spiritualist publications, newspaper clippings and ephemera, diaries, notes, and personal notebooks, professional and personal correspondence, subject files on spiritualist matters, astrological charts, audio cassettes, photographs, and a postcard collection.

The Psychic Records series aggregates records Park kept throughout her adult life recording various psychic phenomena which she experienced. The records are textual accounts of clairvoyance, clairaudience, “out-of-the-body” experiences, dream visions and soul sight, voices, manifestations, astral encounters, precognition, and healing. Park often referred back to these notes at later dates and annotated their meanings to her as they informed occurrences in her everyday life. These records informed much of her teachings and publications, but were kept separately in her original record-keeping environment.

The fonds consists of the unpublished manuscripts of It Seems to Me, Faith and Fancy, and Broken Crystals. These typescripts date from the period 1935-1950 when Williams was travelling across Canada. The fonds also includes printed and published poems (1936-1945).

The fonds consists of material related to Matthew Lindfors’ advocacy, promotion, and research into the culture and history of the Swedish diaspora in Canada, particularly in BC. The materials are sorted into three series: Swedish-Canadian Culture and History; Press Publications and Correspondence; and Sofia Girls’ Tour. Contents include typescripts of interviews and radio broadcasts about Swedish-Canadian history in Canada (broadcasts were produced for the CBC), newspaper clippings about Swedes in Canada and abroad, correspondence with Swedish-Canadians and various groups supporting Swedish cultural activities in Canada (including Swedish-language film screenings in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan), and promotional and administrative records related to the 1956-1957 Canadian tour of the Sofia Girls’ Rhythmic Gymnastics Team, which Lindfors helped to organize. The fonds also contains nearly 200 photographs of Swedes, Swedish-Canadians, and the Sofia Girls’ Team.

Fonds consists primarily of material related to Rush's activities as a leader of the CCP, political activist and writer in Vancouver from 1935 to 1996. There is also a personal/biographical series of records which detail the events of Rush's life. Other textual series in this fonds contain drafts of Rush's writings and public speeches, his correspondence, his reports and speeches to party conventions, and his published materials. There is a photographs series which details Rush's various editorial political trips to socialist countries during the Cold War. The memorabilia series also contains material related to Rush's trips abroad. There are pins, medals and commemorative coins from China, Vietnam and the Soviet Union. Finally, an audiocassette series contains recordings of some of Rush's speeches during the 1970s and 1980s.

Finally, the fonds contains a series consisting of William Durie McLennan’s records, which were primarily created between 1914 and 1915 and pertain to his military service during the First World War. Record types in this series include the following: a handwritten, personal notebook; a typescript of this notebook; correspondence; service records from the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Forces; news clippings; black and white photographs; collected signatures from Canadian dignitaries; and materials from the 5th Battery Association of 1914.

The fonds consists of bylaws and minutes of the Mechanics Institute relating to the Institute's support of a reading room library and a museum at Burrard Inlet in the Mechanics Institute Hall.

The photographs are 35 mm negative format and digital-born photos on optical discs. The images document a wide variety of important people, events and activities at the University of British Columbia between 1980 and 1991.

The video and audio recordings ([1966?]-2008) are of events on campus both at UBC Vancouver and Okanagan, including the announcement of the Okanagan campus. The correspondence from 1935 illustrates the business life of a professional writer; it also contains a wealth of personal correspondence that helps solidify Bullock's stature as a writer both locally and internationally. Impressive figures such as Marcel Bealu, Max Frisch, and Joy Kogawa are intermingled with less well-known artists, friends, and family in the correspondence, and provide valuable commentary, over nearly 70 years, into the creative path chosen by Bullock.

Many other aspects of TRUMF are documented in these papers, including- administration, various committees, workshops, published reports and research, various particle physics projects, physics reference files, and collaborations with other organizations. Craddock’s work on recording TRIUMF’s origins and history is also represented.
Outside of Craddock’s involvement with TRIUMF, other professional papers reflect his teaching career, talks, presentations, correspondence with colleagues, graduate students, and the public.

Fonds consists of departmental records from Anthropology and Sociology (1964-2000); Canadian Sociology and Anthropology Association records (1970-1979); and material relating to the Simon Fraser University dispute concerning the Department of Political Science, Sociology and Anthropology (1969-1971). Ames assembled this group of records through his participation on the C.S.A.A. team, which studied the situation. The papers also include Ames's descriptions of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Museums Association (1980-1983) and the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute (1967-1995). The material relating to the Shastri Institute includes records generated or collected by Ames and other members of the Institute at UBC. The names of other members are indicated in the file title. Also, the fonds contains manuscripts and drafts, records about Ames's research, courses taught by Ames, a variety of conferences and seminars, and records about Ames’ participation in several museum studies program reviews. Roberts' reports to Metropolitan Trust Co., New York, concerned lands acquired by the company from Western Steel Corporation in 1913.
