The fonds also contains maps and architectural/engineering plans from the Gulf of Georgia Cannery in Steveston B.C., which was owned by the Canadian Fishing Company. Fonds also contains administrative files from the Canadian Fishing Company's other numerous facilities.

Campus Building Specifications Collection
The collection consists of thirteen bound reports (and two addenda) of building specifications - heating and ventilation, architectural, and plumbing - for the following buildings: Chemistry (additions), Biological Sciences (additions), Men's Residence (Block 3), University Social Centre and Faculty Club, International House, and the New Arts Building Group (later the Buchanan Building). The reports were each prepared by either the mechanical engineering consulting firm of C.W. Thomson & Company Ltd, the University's architects Thompson, Berwick & Pratt, or Fred Lasserre, Koyander & Wright - Associated Architects.

The fonds consists of feasibility studies, proposals, functional programs, reports, plans, proposals, lists, drawings, estimates, briefs, design guidelines and agreements generated by Campus and Community Planning between 1959 and 2006. It is arranged into the following six series: Proposals (1959-2006); Agreements (1967-1971, 1994); Projects Status Reports (1981-1983); Building Costs Analysis (1969-1986); Miscellaneous (ca. 1968-1997) and photographic images (1925, 1983, 1991-1996).

This fonds contains records relating to Cameron MacLeod’s schooling, personal life, and work as an artist. The majority of the material spans from his childhood until his death in 1983, but the fonds also contains records relating to posthumous exhibitions of his artwork. Included in the fonds are schoolwork, personal reflections and journals, correspondence with family and friends, photographs, and examples of his artwork.

The Bush Family collection consists of records and objects gathered by various family members on specific holidays or during special occasions. George and Pearl Bush contributed memorabilia related to their family’s settlement in Vancouver, their vacations in Europe and the United States, the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, the city of Vancouver, the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, and the country of Canada. Some records and objects commemorating the Dominion of Canada and the Canadian Pacific Railway Company feature racist depictions of Indigenous peoples. Items originating with George and Pearl date from the early to mid-twentieth century.
Patrick Bush contributed memorabilia related to his studies at the University of British Columbia, particularly his graduation and his membership in the Sigma Epsilon chapter of the Zeta Psi fraternity. Records originating with Patrick Bush date from the mid to late 1950s.
Records are arranged by subject in files. For example, all memorabilia related to the Canadian Pacific Railway Company is aggregated, as are records of Patrick Bush’s university attendance. The fonds consists of the records of the Brunswick Cannery located at Canoe Pass (1900-1928). It consists of financial records, most notably invoices and receipts from various merchants in the area of the cannery. These records provide some information about the goods and services required by the early canneries and also indicate the costs of such items. The fonds also includes some material from the Anglo-American Cannery Company (1896-1913).

Records in this fonds consist predominantly of administrative records as well as the compiled research materials pertaining to the Women’s Institutes and notable figures within.
The fonds also includes documentation of the BCWI’s intersections with the FWIC and the ACWW. The fonds consists of records generated by British Columbia Packers Limited, its predecessor bodies, and individual canneries and plants owned by the company. In addition to financial records, it includes plant appraisements for various canneries and properties owned by B.C. Packers Ltd., as well as Canadian Fish and Cold Storage Company Ltd., Coast Oyster Company, Edmunds and Walker Ltd., J.H. Todd and Sons Limited, Nelson Bros. Fisheries Ltd., Nelbro Packing Co., Queen Charlotte Canners Ltd., Rupert Fish Co. Incorporated and Western Canada Whaling Company Ltd. Those canneries and properties include Alert Bay Cannery, Bella Bella Cannery, Boswell Cannery, Celtic Shipyards, Imperial Plant, Kildonan, Klemtu, Ladner Cannery, Masset, Namu Cannery, New Westminster Cannery, Paramount Cannery, Port Edward Cannery, Prince Rupert Plant, Quathiaski Plant, Richmond Plant, and St. Mungo Cannery. In addition, the fonds consists of fifty printer's blocks for producing lithograph salmon tin labels and approximately 100 plastic cards used for advertising fish products. Also included are miscellaneous items such as the Roll of Honour of the B.C. Canning Company listing men in service during World War I, Fraser River charts (ca. 1929-1947), a sample of receipts for tram passes to B.C., and a framed sheet describing the history of the Bella Coola camp.

The collection consists of correspondence, reports, and newspaper clippings that document the creation and development of BCMC. The materials include photocopies of twenty-seven BCMC task force reports initially released in 1974, each of which addresses a specific aspect of health care in British Columbia. Also included are reports on proposals for the BCMC/Shaughnessy site, and related correspondence, clippings, and reports.

British Columbia historical postcard and photograph albums collection
The collection consists of ninety-one albums of postcards and photographs pertaining to views and scenes mainly in British Columbia, but also including Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the Yukon as well as Europe. The views of British Columbia include views of the Rocky Mountains, Vancouver, Victoria, Mayne Island, and Buttle Lake (pre-1911) as well as those of logging (Capilano Timber Co., 1917-1920), mining (Granby Consolidated Mining, Smelting and Power Co. and Consolidated Cariboo Hydraulic Mining Co.) railways (Canadian Pacific Railway, Grand Trunk Pacific Railway, Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway, and Great Northern Railway) and shipping. In addition, there are postcards and photographs of the Hudson's Bay Company Kamchatka Venture, 1921, U.S. Civil War portraits and New Zealand shipping.

Subjects predominantly include British Columbia people, places and events, but also includes photographs taken throughout the Pacific Northwest, across Canada and in some cases internationally.

Fonds consists of certificate of incorporation, board meeting minutes and those of some constituent committees, annual reports, education, marketing, and outreach materials, and digital photography of experimentation sites extracted from optical disc. Print photographs depict locations relevant to the Becker Project and a group portrait. The fonds contains reference material that predates the formation of the corporate creator.

The fonds consists primarily of printed material relating to the Federation's decision to become a non-profit organization. Included are guidelines for society incorporation, surveys given to Federation members to ascertain their opinions about becoming a non-profit organization and literature on non-profit societies. Further material transferred in 2014 from the City of Vancouver Archives consists of surveys sent to various women's organizations asking their views on feminism, in preparation for the "Day of Feminism."

The fonds consists of research files compiled during the writing of Paul Phillip's No Power Greater: A Century of Labour in British Columbia, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, political education material, history questionnaires and minutes of the Federation and affiliated associations. Five subsequent accessions have resulted in the deposit of office files, financial records, briefs, convention proceedings, speeches, memoranda, photographs and sound recordings reflecting the wide scope of activity and interest pursued by the Federation.

The fonds consists principally of bound and filed correspondence of the Company (1896-1914), early minute books and accounting records of the BCER and related companies. Also included is a valuable collection of maps, diagrams, and engineering and architectural plans.

British Columbia Ecological Reserves fonds
The fonds consist of reports from field surveyors submitted as applications to designate areas in British Columbia for protection. The fonds also contains supporting records relating to the wider Ecological Reserve program and include correspondence, progress reports, presentations, memorandums, lectures, briefs, surveys, "dead applications", news clippings, Orders of the Lieutenant in Council [photocopies], pamphlets, check sheets, aerial photographs, park proposals, handwritten notes, and meeting minutes. Also included is a small series of records relating to Vladimir Krajina, including; general correspondence, curriculum vitae, a list of publications, articles, newspaper clippings, notes, a legacy biography and obituary.
The archivist restored the original order where it was definitive. However, Ecological Reserve Applications 1-39 can be found scattered throughout the supporting records series. The original record keeper appears to have created a filing system beginning at the Ecological Reserve Application 40 (Petitot Rivers).
