The Ministry of Forests Lands and Water Resources Records series relates to Williams's time spent on the provincial cabinet working under the government of Dave Barret. Records consist primarily of correspondence, especially between Williams and major corporations and individuals in the forest industry. The Crown Corporations records series is comprised of documents stemming from Williams' activities as chair of ICBC, and his work in the Crown Corporations. The Business, Personal and Academic Records series contains records related Williams’ business career, personal memories and diaries, pictures and travel memorabilia, and his experiences meeting other politicians. The contents of the fonds pertain to the life and work of Crawford Kilian. Materials include research and planning for novels, published and unpublished manuscripts, originals of published columns, personal and professional correspondence and appointment books. The focuses of Kilian’s writing are science fiction, educational systems and teaching, cultural issues and history, the economy, the environment, and technological developments, specifically the Internet. Writing material included in this fonds ranges from the 1960’s to the 2000’s. Other included material relates to Kilian’s time spent in China as an English teacher. Fonds consists of records related to the documentary film which Ewashen directed entitled In search of utopia: the Doukhobors, produced under the name Gemini Cooperative for the Performing Arts. Other individuals involved in the film included Ray Gallon, Koozma Tarasoff and Ken Innes. Records consist of two copies of the film on reels, a shot book containing copies of historical photographs and correspondence, contracts and other textual records related to the production and promotion of the film, and a teacher’s manual and study guide.

The fonds contains notebooks, photographs, ephemera and correspondence relating to the career of Constable (and later Sergeant) Samuel Service with the British Columbia Provincial Police and, following the merge in 1950, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The records related to Service's work and life in the cities and surrounding regions of Port Alberni, Cowichan, Chemainus and Victoria.

The fonds consists of textual and photographic records relating to personal, business and financial matters of the Wilkinson family and their lives in British Columbia in the twentieth century. The fonds includes individual photographs and a photograph album depicting locations of the lower mainland and Vancouver Island, student group photographs and images of family members and individuals. The textual records pertain to the personal correspondence of the members of the Wilkinson family, school records, an appointment book, a diary, sketchbooks of international travel, personal financial records and statistical records relating to British Columbia logging practices.

Fonds consists of textual and graphic material related to the activities of the Fuller siblings as traveling musicians, particularly during their American tour from 1913 to 1917, including correspondence, financial documents such as contracts and receipts, and photographs and drawings from their tours.
