The series consists of records relating to the Sólskin Society’s administrative functions, mainly records related to its day to day business operation. Records include minutes from executive and annual general meetings; correspondence; membership lists; strategic plans; constitutions and founding history; facilities, including the kitchen and library; volunteering records; and artifacts.

The series consists of administrative records made and received by the Icelandic National League of North America (INL of NA). It consists of minutes and report from board of director and annual general meetings held by the national chapter and the Vancouver chapter of the INL of NA. Series also consists of correspondence between the Vancouver chapter of the INL of NA, other chapters of the organization other Icelandic organizations such as the Icelandic Canadian Club of British Columbia, and the organization’s membership. Lastly, the series contains records of the founding history of the organization, as well as the constitution and bylaws held by the INL of NA. The records include the Society’s constitution and bylaws and records pertaining to their revision, its newspapers describing its history, as well as a five year strategic plan created in 1991.

The series consists of minutes from the Women’s Auxiliary of the Icelandic Lutheran Church, event calendars of the Women’s Auxiliary, as well as annual reports. Series also documents the founding history of the Icelandic Lutheran Church and its subsequent development over time. Records include one scrapbook made by the church, and other published and unpublished church histories.

The series is the centralized administrative subject files of the Vice President's Office. It includes correspondence, reports, memoranda, blueprints, annual reports and agreements. The arrangement is both chronological and alphabetical.

Series consists of materials from UBC Creative Writing courses and the UBC Fine Arts and Creative Writing departments. Materials include scholarship and bursary applications, student writing workshop feedback, committee memorandums, minutes, and correspondences.

Substantial general Chapter meetings and Executive Committee minutes, agendas, attendance sheets, reports, and correspondence are included from 1967-2002. Correspondence and records created and received by the Corresponding Secretary and other executive members are also included. By-laws, resolutions, duties of the Executive Officers and Chapter letterhead are arranged in this series. Records also relate to special projects including member surveys, and member recognition. Documents related to partnerships and collaboration with the Richmond Health Board, Registered Nurses Foundation, and RNABC also appear in this series. Financial information includes annual audited reports, proposed budgets, education sponsorships for members and ledgers of annual finances. Other records relate to the Student Bursary offered by the Chapter, including pamphlets, applications, correspondence, photographs, recipient information and promotional efforts. Working copies of the publication Richmond-Delta Chapter History 1967-1997: Thirty Years of Professional Growth, written by members Ethel Warbinek and Beth Fitzpatrick with an additional chapter are arranged in this series.

Series includes by-laws, descriptions of executive roles, policies, membership lists, and samples of letterhead for the BCORNG. Information on educational funding, a copy of the nurses’ manual and PPG policies are also included.

The series contains records pertaining to Vancouver Status of Women’s (VSW’s) administrative and executive activities. These activities fall into several categories: financial administration, which included grant applications to governments and other organizations, budgeting, tax payments, bill payments, and resource distribution amongst staff; committee administration; volunteer administration; employment offers and employee management; correspondence with other organizations, particularly women centers in Vancouver; and strategic planning for the organization as a whole. Records in the series range in date from the early 1970s to 2016.

The physical order in which records were received has been maintained; original order has been re-constituted intellectually. Record types represented in the series include the following: grant applications, correspondence with funding agencies, budgets, cashflow statements, receipts, invoices, committee meeting minutes, volunteer training materials, employment offer letters, staff correspondence about internal issues, correspondence with other organizations, and annual reports.

Records in this series document the administrative and executive activities of the FMCBC. Major record types include agendas and minutes, handbooks and training materials, annual reports, financial documents, newspaper clippings, and brochures and pamphlets. Executive and administrative activities included training new directors for service on the board, holding annual general meetings and forums, planning, correspondence, policy creation, and fundraising.

This series contains records relating to the Vancouver Women in Focus Society's administrative functions including the society's day to day management and maintenance. These records consist of: minutes from the annual general meetings, the board of directors meetings, and smaller committee meetings; equipment rental agreements; contracts with artists, producers, and directors; resumes from artists, producers, and directors; building and lease information; graphic design templates; and information relating to events that the society took part in. Additionally, this series contains records relating to the production of the Women in Focus Society’s member newsletter, 'Focus.' Records include: drafts of the newsletter contents; blueprint drafts of the newsletter layouts, and finished copies of the newsletter. The newsletters highlight the society’s calendar of events, productions, workshops, committee news, and membership news. Finally, the administrative series contains several legal documents relating to the various court case disputes that the society was involved in. This series further contains two subseries: the Financial series and the Correspondence series.

This series consists of administrative files, grant and funding applications, correspondence, minutes, project information, and promotional materials mostly from 1983-2013. There is some material from the 1970s, as the general programming administration umbrella covered what became the individual Programs until the early 1980s, and the separation between general programming administrative records and administrative records for the Western Front as an organization were less distinct.

Project files include: Electronic Arts Festivals, Art Auctions, and other fundraising events, and the Art Fair. Operating grants and funding applications include correspondence with funding bodies and fully or partially filled out application forms. The Western Front regularly applied for funding from the Canada Council for the Arts (often shortened to CC in file titles), the BC Arts Council (BCAC), the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN), the BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC), and the City of Vancouver. Special project and supplemental operating funding applications and grants also came from non-government sources, including the Hamber Foundation and Imperial Tobacco.

Records include registers, notes on Press operations, employment records, agendas, minutes, internal notes, financial statement, royalty reports, ledgers, legal documents, correspondence and photographs.

Series includes documentation of general administrative activities of the Division of Industrial Education. The bulk of the series consists of documentation relating to the origin and history of the Division, records such as memorandum and correspondence documenting the relationship and exchange with the Department of Education of British Columbia, documentation regarding the facility and equipment, and correspondence, newspapers, and other records concerning the Industrial Education Program, and some of its the problems. The series also contains documentation of the Division’s daily activities, such as faxes and petty cash. Most of the files are dated from the 1960, 1970, and 1980s. The files have been re-organized in roughly chronological order.

There is much correspondence in many different forms, detailed accounts of what Peterat did for in the Department in the form of both her university cv and official accounting of her work, many of the certificates and awards that she received, and information related to her education for the University of Alberta. The series also contains photographs of Peterat and much information and photos from the Intergenerational Landed Learning project she led from 2002-2007.
