Series consists of records which document committees within the Faculty of Commerce / Sauder School of Business and includes minutes, reports, and correspondence. It is organized alphabetically by file title. It includes one sub-series for the Teaching Development Committee.

Types of materials found in this series include minutes, correspondence, reports, memoranda, copies of research articles and papers and copies of research funding applications relating to the proceedings, decisions and actions of the Faculty’s committees.
They were previously arranged chronologically by committee or by subject.

The photograph in the series is a black & white group picture of the Canadian Funds and Councils Division of the Canadian Welfare Council [1960-1970].

Subseries consists of correspondence, reports, meetings, minutes, and background materials about the various federal rural development committees with which Verner was a member. Subseries is arranged in alphabetical order.

This series contains minutes, correspondence, reports, a summary of projects, printed material, memorabilia, photographs, newspaper clippings, amongst other records. Committees in this series include the Research Committee (1947-1959), President's Finance Committee (1951-1962), Committee on Appointments, Re-appointments and Promotions (1951-1959 and 1968-1973), Committee of Academic Deans (1962-1973), Board of Governor's Committees (1969), Geological Science Centre Committee (1969-1971), Aquatic Facilities – President's Planning Coordinating Committee (1975-1977), Committee on Gerontology (1976-1980), Audit Committee (1977), Faculty Review Committees (1979-80), B.C. Forecasting Committee (1978-1983), and the Budgetary Reduction Committee (1984). Also included are committees on developing a downtown presence for UBC, discrimination and harassment, ethics, employee and family assistance, art, First Nations research, FOIPPA, Japanese studies, and many others. President's Task Force on International Education, Liaison Recruiting and Admissions are also present. President Committee records can also be found in the Continuing and Permanent File series, the Central Office file series and the Senate Committee series. The latest accrual of Committee records is digital-born records from the President's Advisory Committee on Campus Enhancement or PACCE. These records include minutes on the committee's activities and an annual report from 2019-2020.

Commonwealth Literature Series

The series consists of records such as correspondence, notes, and drafts of bibliographies relating to Commonwealth literature and New's involvement in several Commonwealth literature projects, including the Commonwealth Poetry Anthology, The Journal of Commonwealth Literature and the Commonwealth Encyclopedia.

Communications series

Series consists of correspondence, minutes of meetings, policy statements, and brochures pertaining to the Communications Committee and The Chronicle. Included in the series are issues of The Chronicle.

Community Arts Council of Vancouver Collection

The collection consists of duplicate copies of Community Arts Council of Vancouver (CACV) records given to Melva Dwyer. The records are made up of two series. The first includes general material about the organization - Annual Reports (1953-1956, 1967), Special Projects (1955-1967) including reports of the Vancouver Festival Society, Council Briefs and records from the British Columbia Arts Resources Conferences (1957-1960). The second series comprises records specifically from the Civic Arts Committee of the Community Arts Council of Vancouver.

Peter Oberlander’s professional work with Community Planning Consultants Ltd. Included with this sub-series are 15 architectural drawings of an apartment house layout drawn by Cornelia Hahn Oberlander for Peter Oberlander Consultancy, 1953.

The ComPost was a newsletter intended primarily for those faculty members responsible for teaching English composition.
Subseries consists of copies of the newsletter, filed in chronological order from September 1973 to April 1977.

Series consists of papers, newsletters and correspondence relating to the Conference Group on German Politics. This group is “an independent organization of scholars who devote a major portion of their professional work in the study of German affairs.”

Series contains a sample of reports and working materials made for or as a result of different ALGOL 68 conferences. In addition, there is one file with a photo of the ARGOL 68 working group and transparencies of reports. They are arranged by the location of each conference in chronological order.

This series consists of records related to attending, planning, hosting and managing various conferences, including various particle accelerators Conferences, Cyclotrons conferences, SNOWMASS and others. It also includes records related to TRIUMF workshops for the public and those offered at scientific conferences.

Series consists of announcements, correspondence, maps, notes from attendees, and related materials of conferences and symposiums hosted by other organizations, which School of Social Work faculty and students attended but were not participants.
