The Exhibit Archive consists of the evidence submitted by 51 Plaintiffs regarding the land claim area, and materials submitted by the Defense relating to the underlying title of the Crown to these lands. Textual records include correspondence, by-laws, land titles and drafts, research documents, affidavits, cross-examination transcripts, legal documents and reports, published material, genealogy charts, collections of sacred oral traditions, copies of records from the Hudson’s Bay Company and early settlers, written accounts of oral histories, trap-line data, expert testimonies of anthropologists, historians, linguists, biologists, and archaeologists, including all the background materials used by lawyers in the case. Other non-textual materials include maps and overlays, photographs, sound recordings of oral histories and songs, and audio-visual materials.

The fonds consists of materials pertaining to Stanton's career as a lawyer representing a broad spectrum of industrial unions such as the International Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union, International Union of Mine, Mill and Smelter Workers (Canada), International Woodworkers of America and the Marine Workers and Boilermakers Industrial Union as well as individual cases relating to the workplace. There are also articles relating to the foundation and activities of various unions, the ILWU in particular, as well as copies of union constitutions and by-laws. There are case records of the ILWU vs. Nissho and Pacific Coast Hydrocarbons, and correspondence pertaining to Harold Pritchett, in particular dealing with his entry into the United States and documents relating to the "Greenhill Park" disaster of 1945. There are also files created by Stanton in representing his clients that formed the basis for his published autobiography "Never Say Die".

The fonds consists of correspondence, speeches, clippings, briefs and submissions, pamphlets, maps, addresses, copies of legislation, personal notes, receipts, memorabilia and subject files (1915-1969). The majority of the fonds focuses on Ladner's involvement with the federal Progressive Conservative party, Columbia River Power and the Royal Commission on Energy (1950-1969).

The fonds consists of records relating to issues such as amnesty, selective service and Canadian aid groups for draft resistors. Included is correspondence from the Vancouver Committee to Aid American War Objectors (1968-1975), questionnaires, related information and analysis (1969/70), interview transcripts, clippings, notes and printed material. The material was created during the writing of Kasinsky's book entitled, "Refugees from Militarism: Draft-Age Americans in Canada".

The fonds consists of correspondence, subject files, financial records, speeches, photographs, notes, and a journal, pertaining to Howay, as well as manuscripts and essays on B.C. history and exploration and marine trade off its coastal waters. In addition, Howay created subject files on historical sites and monuments throughout Western Canada, including Barkerville, the Cariboo, Fort Langley, Cut Knife Hill, Nootka Sound, Fort Steele, and Fort Walsh.

The fonds consists of photographs and negatives from the Georgia Straight newspaper photograph files, depicting demonstrations, conflicts, picnics, concerts, musicians, celebrities and other events and individuals.

The fonds consists of a photocopied letterpress copybook used in consul business between 1914 and 1915. The correspondence was generated under the direction of Chinese consul Lin Shih Yuan.

The fonds primarily contains the organizational, administrative, and operational records of the V.I.P.O.W.C. and the Irish Solidarity Committee dating from 1977 to 1994. The fonds also includes 165 audio cassettes of Saoirse Eirleann. The fonds divides into three series: The Textual Material Series, the Saoirse Eirleann Audio Cassette Series, and the Events Material Series.

Much of the fonds relates to sport fishing in British Columbia and, more broadly, to the conservation of natural resources. Fonds includes manuscript and printed maps with annotations pertaining to B.C. fisheries and the topography of B.C.

Munro in the course of his research and writing on the careers of Gordon Churchill, John George Diefenbaker, Jack Horner, Carl Nickle, Lester B. Pearson, H.H. Stevens, David J. Walker, W.A.C. Bennett, Derrick Humphreys, Gordon Wilson, a holocaust survivor, Michel Mielnicki, and the Edelweiss Credit Union. It also includes Munro's works on Canadian External Relations, 1936-1939, the Atherton railway accident case, the Alaska Boundary Dispute, "Tai Tai", the China experiences of Dr. and Mrs. Ralph Outerbridge (includes diaries, 1938-1950 and manuscripts), material relating to the publication of "Beyond the Moongate", research on British Columbia and Confederation, and a biography on Senator David A. Croll. Fonds includes a notebook of Lester B. Pearson and a letter to Pearson from Norman Hiller regarding the Riddell incident and material relating to screenplays, including "Blue Ribbon".

The fonds consists of textual materials, photographs, slides, negatives, sound recordings and memorabilia created and collected during Homer Stevens career with the United Fishermen and Allied Workers Union (UFAWU), as well as in his personal life. The fonds has been arranged into six series according to subject matter: Personal, UFAWU, Mt. Thurston Prison Camp, Printed Materials, Ephemera and Memorabilia, and Newspaper Clippings.

The fonds consists of incoming letters (1920-1944), outgoing letters (1917-1942), and business correspondence (1920-1942). Also included are stocks, receipts, tax returns, addresses, printed matter on Canadian and world politics, economics and industry, photographs, memorabilia, maps and plans.

The collection consists of approximately fifty small collections or fonds donated by individuals and organizations. Uno, Camp and Mill Workers Federal Labour Union, and Mitsuru Shimpo. The collection encompasses a wide range of topics including relocation to internment camps during World War II, farming, lumbering, religious activities, and personal reminiscences, as well as various organizational records. Individual collections have been arranged and described separately and filed in alphabetical order. Most of the manuscript material has been photocopied from original documents.

The fonds consists of a personal scrapbook, a university degree certificate, the manuscript of her novel Resignation (Shikataganai), correspondence, clippings on the subject of women, Japanese-Canadians and other ethnic groups, and printed material relating to several courses which she took. The fonds also includes two binders of material on guidelines for novel-writing and descriptive cataloguing, a dramatized version of her novel as well as her M.A. projects.

The fonds consists of correspondence and literary typescripts which chronicle Wilson's varied career as minister, criminal and prisoner. Fonds includes personal and other correspondence regarding the author's literary work, as well as literary contract and copyright documents.

The fonds consists of business records of the Yorkshire Guarantee & Securities, Limited, The Yorkshire and Canadian Trust, Limited and The Yorkshire & Pacific Securities, Limited, Huddersfield, England concerning its B.C. operations. The records consist of those created at Head Office, Huddersfield, in its dealings with its Vancouver and Victoria offices. There are also books of account which appear to have been created in its Vancouver office. The records consist of legal documents (1889-1950) minutes (1906-1950) correspondence (1890-1964) and financial records (1889-1970), including registers, journals and ledgers (1889-1954). There are also records of the Canadian Mining Syndicate and the Vancouver Land & Securities Corporation. The fonds also includes photographs of the exterior of the Thos. Dunn and Company store, depicting goods ready for shipment from Vancouver to the Klondike and interiors and exteriors of the Yorkshire Building in the 1950s.

The fonds includes records of the International Military Tribunal for the Far East (1946-47). It includes trial transcripts, biographical information on defendants, prosecution evidence, and copies of contemporary news accounts and interpretations of the trials. Research notes including printed materials, photographs, ephemera, and interview transcripts used for the writing of hundreds of short articles, news programmes, and full-length books (manuscripts also included in the collection), correspondence, and radio programme transcripts reflect Conde's integral involvement in Asian foreign affairs.
